Your work ethic and dedication to problem-solving, combined with our commitment to collaboration and mentoring, make Gensler the perfect place to further your career.What You Will DoManage communication between the project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsResolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutionsDirect production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasksResponsible for oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical qualityResolve complex technical/design issues and detailing and provide guidance and mentorship to the teamMaintain and oversee the project manual and specificationsConduct on-site observations and document site reviewsInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectActively lead and contribute to the financial performance and successful delivery of a projectReview and contribute to proposals and contracts with the Project ManagerEnsure projects conform to the contractManage client expectations, team communication, and oversight of consultant coordinationContribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationshipsYour QualificationsRegistered Architect requiredA bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school required10+ years of related experienceRevit experience requiredFull knowledge of architectural principles/practicesWorking knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structuresExperience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancyFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication and management skills including leadership, organization, and client relationship management skillsWell-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the futureTO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT A CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMATThis is not a hybrid or remote position.
