LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Administrator to support their client's executive team and manage key projects. This hybrid role offers the perfect blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and distribution of board meeting materials.Coordinate and schedule executive meetings and appointments.Maintain and organize executive files and records.Support the implementation of new processes and systems.Monitor and report on the progress of various initiatives.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate parties.Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Hours:

Pay Details:

$38.00 to $48.00 per hour
