The Escrow Assistant is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support the Escrow Officer and the Executive Title Company. We need someone with experience with a title company and high volume experience. Our processors touch about 100+ files a month.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with salesperson.Communicate with lender, buyer, and selling agent.Send commitment with additional documents required to all parties.Process Title Commitments.Review tax certificate for accuracy and calculate unimproved/improved amount.Clear Schedule C items, if any.Assist escrow officer.Verify HOA Fees.Address/clear any pre-closing transaction issues.Ability to process a high volume of closings.
