Director - Commercial AnalyticsLocations:
Open to - Boston, Chicago, and LAYou will be responsible for:The candidate is expected to lead cross-functional teams and deliver engagements, ensuring client delight. He/she is expected to drive the team's growth by mentoring and expansion along with building solutions, and models that can be sold as analytics models to clients.Expected impact:Candidate should be able to deliver cross-functional projects with the highest quality, mentor team to create the next layer of leadership.Must have:18+ years of strong Consulting experience in Commercial Analytics & Pharma / Life Sciences domainBachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred.Rich experience having delivered consulting projects to Pharma clients for the US market.Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful analytics solutions to drive business outcomes.Relevant experience with tools such as MS Excel, R, SQL, Python, Tableau, and PowerBI.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of analysts and consultants.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and practices.Familiarity/expertise in pharmaceutical data sets, such as prescriber-plan data, patient-level data, transactional claims, EMR/EHR data, SPP Hub data, diagnostic data, etc., is a big plus.Company Description:Techaxis is a US-based firm that specializes in discovering, engaging, and placing top talent globally, for full-time or contract positions in leadership and mid to senior-level positions for companies in the technology, healthcare, energy, and education space.Techaxis Inc. is headquartered in Northern Virginia, USA.
