We are looking for a
Manager, Business Development,
who plays a pivotal role in driving our business expansion through partnerships, strategic alliances, and market growth. You will be responsible for growing existing platform relationships, identifying new opportunities, fostering new relationships, and executing strategies that support the growth and market presence of Kabam.

In this role, you can expect to be involved in:
New Partnership Business Development Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with new platforms, OEMs, and other industry players such as payment providers and carriers to expand our product portfolio and distribution channels.Platform Relationship Management Act as the point of contact to mobile platform partners (App Store, Google Play) and develop strategies to maximize Kabam's revenue and downloads on each storefront.Cross-Functional Platform Leadership Support platform publishing business activities internally and inform performance cross-functionally while collaborating closely with game teams, marketing, and operations across all of Kabam's global studios.Support Deal Pipeline Management Support Kabam's deal pipeline, from target sourcing to initial analysis, due diligence transaction/close, and integration of target platforms.Strategic Research and Analysis Research and analyze partnership opportunities that align with Kabam's business strategies.Financial Modeling Create and maintain detailed performance and download models to assess potential strategic partnerships and opportunities. Use financial models to evaluate the impact of these opportunities on the business.KPI Monitoring Identify, analyze, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track the performance of completed transactions and communicate the results to stakeholders.To be successful in this role, your background includes:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).2-4+ years of experience in similar capacity, including business development, account management, marketing, publishing or operations. Backgrounds in strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate development are welcome.Exceptional strategic, analytical, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills, with ability to operate at all organization levels.An ability to drive projects cross-functionally, synthesize feedback, develop consensus and create structure in an unstructured environment.An understanding of the games platform ecosystem including mobile, PC and console platforms as well as payment providers, carriers, and OEMs.Experience building and reviewing financial and download models.A research driven mindset that's anchored in curiosity and balanced with excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to work with all stakeholders at leadership and executive levels.An action-oriented, entrepreneurial, and innovative approach to work with a desire to succeed in a high-pressure environment.Ability to juggle a complex set of tasks, goals, and priorities with a smile.Optimistic attitude and a can-do personality.Our success is due to the hard work of our people.
