Location: This position is hybrid, based in Lanham, Maryland. Candidates must be local to Lanham, MD or willing to relocate. Role: Delmock Technologies Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (Product Planning) to help transform our federal client’s organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions. Responsibilities: Utilizes knowledge of multiple information technology systems, and activities to improve or enhance internal processes. Examines systems and processes to extrapolate solutions after reviewing data that provides ways to improve or enhance internal processes. Utilizes understanding of structured programming principles, system analysis techniques, system design, industry standard testing principles, and system implementation. Facilitates prioritization sessions and executive briefings. Prepares executive materials for briefings. Documents findings and proposes problem resolution alternative. Conducts thorough problem analysis on technical systems and application programs. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Four (4) years of experience in business process analysis and system analysis to move to digital services. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and other software development methodologies. Knowledge of Agile program management trends to incorporate relevant applications. Knowledge and experience in Lean Business Case development. Preferred: Active IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Clearance.
