Job Description:Board Certified in Interventional Radiology (AOBR or ABR) is requiredQuick start with WA license in-hand is highly preferredPosition is open due to physician retirementHospital-based practice settingSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm + On callOn call:Monday - Friday 5:00 pm - 8:00 am + 24 hours - Saturday and Sunday.Call Ratio: If you work a week; you will more than likely take call all week.Average of 8 - 11 cases daily, with high volume of paracentesis, thoracentesis, and biopsiesLevel 3 Trauma Center with an annual ER volume of 55,000Teleradiology is usedTeam: 2 Interventional Radiologists locally, 25+ system-wide; standard hospital IR support staffPatient population: Adults (includes geriatric and adolescent patients)Required procedures: Angiography, CT, Ultrasound, Angioplasty, Stent Placement, Chemoembolization, Embolization, Aortic Aneurysm Endograft Stent, Needle Biopsy, Thrombolysis, KyphoplastyEMR: EPICThis is a full-time, permanent position that may requires living within the service areaNot accepting new graduate candidatesCompetitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).Full benefits package including health, life, vision, dental, disability.
