Business Analyst

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Business Product Analyst to join a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team for a large financial institution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, technical writing, and product analysis. This role requires excellent writing skills, the ability to develop and create requirements, validate internal business applications to ensure that requirements are met for IT/GRC project delivery. Experience with Agile processes and proficiency in using Jira and/or Confluence are essential.-Develop and document detailed business requirements for GRC initiatives.-Validate and test internal business applications to ensure compliance with GRC model risk standards.-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for GRC platforms.-Ensure that all GRC platform requirements are met and align with regulatory standards.-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.-Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, and collaboration.-Provide support and training to end-uon GRC applications and processes.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
