The Data and Process Analytics Manager oversees the reporting, data analytics and automation practices at ACR. In this role, you will lead a team in designing, developing, and implementing solutions across automation, analytics, and process mining/process intelligence platforms. You will ensure that requirements follow the established process and are sufficient, projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet high-quality standards, while also managing resource allocation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement processes. This role focuses not only in delivering solutions but also ensuring value is identified, realized, and monitored for such solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFULBachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 10 years of professional experience in related IT fieldExperience successfully building a process mining/process intelligence practiceStrong understanding of relational database and data warehouse related conceptsPrevious experience directly overseeing a team and/or large-scale projectsHOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Lead a large team of process mining and database developers and analysts across multiple technologiesProvide guidance and support to team members and leadership to ensure effective development and problem resolutionCoach a team to deliver value-based use cases for process improvement initiatives utilizing process mining and automation tools in identifying opportunitiesOversee the design, development, and testing of projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputExecute and deliver process automation opportunities related to analytics via workflowsBalance multiple priorities and manage stakeholder expectationsServe as a primary point of contact between team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communicationAdvocate for best practices in software development, database implementation strategy and technology implementationPropose innovative solutions to improve current systems, increase productivity, and reduce costsProvide guidance and support to the business throughout the implementation process, including change management and user adoption strategiesOther duties as assigned
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. ACR reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. ACR offers a competitive total rewards package inclusive of health and financial wellness benefits, fringe benefits, paid time off, and an annual bonus program.
