SUMMARY:

Join the Robertet Team as a Senior Marketing Manager for our expanding US Fine Fragrance and Specialty Fragrance business. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping drive divisional growth by crafting marketing strategies and deliverables that align with the evolving needs of our clients and their consumers. Your passion for the fragrance and beauty industry, along with your deep understanding of product and consumer trends, will be essential in shaping Robertet's fragrance innovation pipeline and enhancing client engagement strategies.

This position will have on direct report and will be responsible for their talent development and performance management goal setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead discovery and analysis of product, category, and cultural trends to inspire and support new fragrance opportunities and concept development Create impactful and engaging presentations that showcase cross-category trends and deliver actionable insights and solutions to support both proactive marketing initiatives and client requests Partner with Sales, Creative & Consumer Insights teams to develop and execute client engagement opportunities inclusive of annual marketing initiatives and bespoke client experiences Identify client brands' white space opportunities and ideate new concept directions inclusive of concept positioning statements and visuals, concept rationale, concept executional tactics and olfactive recommendations supported by a clear point of view from the consumers' perspective. Monitor the global marketplace and conduct all category assessments and analyses necessary to identify trends and insights relevant to the fragrance industry Collaborate with Robertet affiliates around the world for regional and global marketing initiatives. Be the marketing lead for NYC-based client events and experiences including ideation, development and event management and execution. COMPETENCIES:

Required:

High School Diploma, 8+ years' experience in marketing Preferred:

4-year College Degree Fragrance industry experience WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment / Work from Home Minimal out-of-state travel required for key client visits

Limited amount of carrying product to and from meetings and presentations
