SUMMARY:
Grow, develop and manage your portfolio of key accounts for the Flavors Division at Robertet. Build relationships with key decision makers and build a robust pipeline of opportunities to increase territory volume, revenue and profit dollars long term.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, present, and execute territory and key account strategies. Build healthy rapport with colleagues and key decision makers at key accounts. Grow and maintain project pipeline for respective territory. Identify customer needs, initiate projects, collaborate with the solutions development team, and deliver solutions. Represent Robertet and its' capabilities and solutions in a respectable, professional, and effective manner. Manage Territory Margin and Pricing activities to ensure sustained profitable growth. Negotiate annual price contracts with key accounts. Communicate key customer activities and project pipeline prioritization with your manager and cross-functional team. Communicate new wins, significant volume changes and customer forecasts with sales service and customer service. Present territory and key account reviews and updates periodically with Flavor Leadership Team. Hit and exceed annual Revenue and Profit targets within assigned territory and accounts. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends Book and manage business travel and entertainment expenses and reporting of said expenses.
