Responsibilities
:nalyzes and organizes qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial and administrative data from multiple data sources and synthesizes results into meaningful reports and presentations.Works collaboratively with others, defines and supports methods of financial analysis for new and existing ventures, physician contracts and reimbursement impact.Participates in the coordination of a variety of complex and confidential special projects, from planning and design stages through implementation, as needed.Manages customer expectations as they relate to project deliverables.Prepares monthly reports by collecting data and investigate resultsResponds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing and interpreting datbility to track physician compensation - actuals compared to budget and provide insights to variancesPrepare financial models that compare physician compensation compared benchmark Survey datRequired
Skills :
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration or Business related field from an accredited college or university.t least 2 years' relevant experience required.Knowledge of financial modeling and analytic techniquesKnowledge of physician compensation models and Survey datProficiency in technical writing and graphical presentationsRelational database knowledge and experience working with large data setsKnowledge of cost accounting, revenue, profitability data and the ability to explain to key stakeholdersStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and re-establish priorities as necessary.Initiative and ability to work independently (self-direction), while thriving in a setting requiringcollaboration and teamwork for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.ttention to detail that ensures follow through on initiatives implemented and projects undertaken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteKnowledge of Crystal Reports and AccessKnowledge of Cognos database desirable not requiredKnowledge of healthcare coding (UB-92, ICD-9/10, CPT-4, HCPCS, DRG, etc.)
