With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.Coordinate and prioritize orders to ensure ingredients and finished food are available to meet customer needsDuties include but are not limited to:Coordinates workload allocation between material handlers, drivers and the dock.Perform stock inventory counts to initiate Kanban orders, creating IOS's based on stock levelsMonitor ingredient shelf life and facilitate old age disposition.Generates shipping and receiving reports.Process financial receipts in SAP system in a timely manner.Involved communications with material specialists and developers, root cause analysis and reporting out of resultsTracks material requests and follows up with unresolved issues with supervisor.Assist others in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.Any inbound or outbound ingredient issuesCoordinate shipments to Food Bank, Covance, QuixerveWork Environment: Requires desk time and work with computers, phone and other office equipmentConfidential company environmentAbility to walk up to 800 ft. on a regular basis, lift 50 lbs. regularly and 80 lbs. occasionally, stand 8 hours a dayPreferred experience include:Material handling certification requiredSelf-starterHigh school diploma or GEDStrong oral and written communication skills with basic mathOne year in warehouse operationsEqual Opportunity Employer:GDI Services Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
