Outpatient Physical Therapy Position Full-time 40 hours per week Physical Therapist Job Summary: Mt Ascutney Hospital is a small rural based hospital in historic Windsor, Vermont. It has CARF accredited Inpatient and Outpatient Rehabilitation programs. The Outpatient Rehabilitation Program has clinics on site at the main hospital in Windsor, and a satellite clinic in beautiful Woodstock, Vermont. We are seeking a full time physical therapist to join our supportive team of skilled clinicians in the Outpatient Rehabilitation department. Experienced team members are available to provide opportunities for mentorship if desired. We have a clinical ladder program recognizing expertise and providing opportunities for advancement, with associated compensation. We have a dynamic outpatient clinic providing care to primarily orthopedic and neurologic populations. MAH utilizes advanced neurological equipment including Vector body weight support system and Bioness L300 system. We provide patient centered care with an interdisciplinary team with frequent communication with team members, including on site PCPs, Physiatry , Pediatrics , Neurology, Occupational, and Speech Therapies. Responsibilities would include patient centered treatment with a variety of diagnoses, maintaining appropriate records, working cooperatively with other members of the health care team and institution to provide optimal care. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an approved Physical Therapy Program. Current VT State license.
