Job Title: Junior Business Analyst | Application Support

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Theoris is looking for a Junior Business Analyst/Application Support Professional who is already located in the Indianapolis area. This role involves application configuration, troubleshooting, and direct support to the client's staff ensuring smooth operations of their system processes and resolving user inquiries.
RESPONSIBILITIES: System Support: Provide application support for an internal system, assisting staff with configuration and functionality, and troubleshooting user-reported issues. Issue Resolution: Address user calls such as export issues, fine assessment configuration, and general case management functions. Application Configuration: Manage configuration settings, set up dropdown options, and implement application functionality as needed. Documentation and Communication: Guide end-users through system modules, ensuring clear communication and training on application use. Project Support: Assist with implementing new features and functionality as assigned, potentially leading small projects within the team. Help Desk Management: Handle user tickets via Dynamics 365, responding promptly to ensure continuity in the courts' operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in application support or business analysis preferred. A background demonstrating progressive responsibility or related education is ideal. Proficiency with Microsoft applications, familiarity with CRM platforms (especially Dynamics 365), and a demonstrated ability to work with web applications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and configure application settings. Excellent verbal communication for effectively working with end-users, explaining system functions, and providing assistance. Strong organizational skills, self-motivated with a sharp, professional presence.
