Job Description: Pay Range: $25hr $28hr Essential Functions: Obtaining daily production schedules and identifying the required materials for the quantity scheduled to run. Locating the necessary materials, pulling them from their location and recording the transaction in ERP system. Processing these raw materials to the correct specifications. Responsible for the continuous supply of parts and materials to all production, and assembly personnel. Responsible for kitting materials on the production line to ensure all parts of order required are at the point of origination to keep the line moving at a steady pace. Ensures correct parts are kept in the appropriate quantities to support production and assembly requirements. Expediting and moving production parts; picking parts for point of use and Kanban; deal with and address shortages and urgent issues affecting production. Multitasking and changing priorities as directed. Strong attention to detail and time management. bility to work in teams. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Edge. ble to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately. Skills/Experience: Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills through a combination of education and experience. High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of six years of prior kitting/picking experience. 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of two years of priorty kitting/picking experience. Preferred Additional Skills: SAP preferred. Experience with data management/ processing preferred. Desired Skills: SAP knowledge. Degree Requirements: No high school diploma required.
