VPD Government Solutions is rapidly growing consulting firm that provides Program, Acquisition, and Facilities Management services to both the Federal Government and commercial clients. We are seeking a Program Analyst/Admin to support the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Field Operations Facilities Program Management Office.
Position Description:
The Program Analyst/Admin will provide task management and administrative support for our client's internal and external stakeholder groups and will coordinate and centralize document quality and management for our client's programs and projects, including internal and external documents, reports, and various other communications. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities include:
Manages taskings from internal and external stakeholders including tracking and assignment within the tasking system.Analyzes incoming tasks for proper assignment and necessary response, assigns tasks in the internal SharePoint system, monitors task completion progress, edits and packages final responses, and archives completed tasks.Ensures all appropriate stakeholders are aware of task assignments and timelines and tracks quarterly timeliness metrics.Supports the development and maintenance of effective information management plans, processes, and systems.Organizes, maintains, tracks, and files documentation in electronic and hard copy formats. Maintains document version control and configuration management.Evaluates documentation, specifications, reports, and presentations.Outlines and develops technical documentation detailing the design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of systems and processes.Provides executive administrative support to PMO leadership including calendar management, meeting logistics and minutes/action items, leadership conference and offsite logistics, travel coordination support, training support, analyzes administrative processes and policies for improvement, and develops and implements administrative policies to better support the complex organization.Position Requirements:
3+ years of experienceExcellent written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various levelsAbility to pass a government background investigation, active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred.U.S. Citizenship is required.
