LHH partnered with a commercial Landscpaing company located in South Austin on an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly, and supporting staff across various departments. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Office Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environmentManage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, ensuring the office is well-stocked and functionalCoordinate office maintenance, repairs, and IT support as neededAssist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup, equipment, and access to necessary systemsSupport human resources functions, such as maintaining employee records, tracking time off, and assisting with benefits administrationHandle office correspondence, including mail distribution, phone inquiries, and emailsPlan and coordinate company events, meetings, and staff activitiesPrepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by managementAssist in budget management for office-related expenses and handle invoice processingEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and help maintain a positive workplace cultureQualifications:3+ years of experience in office management or administrative rolesStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management softwareAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalismStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to lead and manage administrative staff, and provide support to various departmentsLocation:
