Senior Property Accountant Residential

We are currently recruiting for a senior property accountant to join a strong and growing property commercial real estate investment firm. This position will report to the controller and oversee accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. There are excellent opportunities for career growth.Responsibilities:Prepare NOI calculationsCAM reconciliationsReview monthly revenue and expenses for each property, review monthly property reportsAssist with general accounting, financial reporting, and financial projectionsReview monthly revenue and expenses for each propertyVarious special projects as neededRequirements:Bachelors degree in accounting or related field3+ years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred)Prior experience with property accounting softwareStrong communication skills and attention to detail
