Senior Property Accountant - Residential

We are currently recruiting for a senior property accountant to join a strong and growing property commercial real estate investment firm. This position will report to the controller and oversee accounting for a portfolio of commercial properties. There are excellent opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare NOI calculations

· CAM reconciliations

· Review monthly revenue and expenses for each property, review monthly property reports

· Assist with general accounting, financial reporting, and financial projections

· Review monthly revenue and expenses for each property

· Various special projects as needed

Requirements:

· Bachelors degree in accounting or related field

· 3+ years of accounting experience (property accounting preferred)

· Prior experience with property accounting software

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail
