This position is in a training environment, learning eligibility criteria, programmatic guidelines, case management functions, and system operations. The primary focus is to provide employment and training services to assist Alaskans in overcoming barriers to employment. This is a customer service driven position and involves extensive contact to explain and elicit information regarding procedures, services, and/or requirements relating to employment services and training services provided through the Job Center.
