University of Colorado Anschutz Medical CampusDepartment: Obstetrics and GynecologyJob Title: Operations CoordinatorPosition#: 00828233 - Requisition # :35167Job Summary:The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is looking for a creative, innovative team player to administer, coordinate, and coordinate the office for the department. This is a full-time University Staff position located at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus. This individual will provide critical office and administrative support for the Operations Manager and office.The position exercises initiative to achieve organizational goals and objectives, maintains confidentiality, and establishes and maintains positive working relationships. This position will oversee the functionality of daily business tasks and requires considerable organization, focus, analytical, and technical skills. The position directly manages and is responsible for office coordination such as mail, inventory, entry human resource processes and reporting, creating IT help documents and guides, and assisting in troubleshooting complications as they arise.
