Job Description
Kearney & Company is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Contingency & International Program Support Analyst to support our client. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare and review reprogramming and funds transfer actions within DoD.Provide support with the collection and integration of financial data, including the data calls to collect such information, to include determining the appropriate analytic methods to develop reports and briefings.Provide support for the submission quality check process for all financial information and coordinating with the agencies to resolve data discrepancies.Review monthly financial data, monitor, reconcile, and report data against plans, forecasts, and budget targets, as needed to perform analysis and generate summary and detail reports and executive level information papers.Perform support and analysis activities to document financial execution for budget accounts overseen by OUSD(C) and designing and testing the integration and accuracy of financial data integration into the DoD Advanced Analytics (Advana) tool.Assist with the distribution and consolidation of RFIs from internal and external organizations.Assist with the development Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manage the budget exhibit printing, and on-going PPBE reform efforts.Provide support in compiling data and information for closure of audits and timely submission of congressional reports.Qualifications
BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/universityMinimum 7 years of relevant experienceWilling to work onsite at the Pentagon dailyMust possess a Secret clearanceMust be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with pivot tables and other advanced features of ExcelMust have excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent writing skills and the ability to quickly deliver quality written products in constrained time periodsMust have outstanding communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders across DoDMust have experience in managing customer expectations and working directly with customers on various ad hoc requestsPreferred QualificationsExtensive experience in translating stakeholder requirements into executable solutionsExperience in formulating long-range budgetary requirements, based on established policies and concepts.Ability to multi-task across multiple projects Federal budget or DoD budget experienceKCO1701Overview

This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law.
