A well-established industry-leading company is seeking a Senior End User Technology Administrator to provide onsite support for a 100-user environment, encompassing network support and related peripherals such as desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, telephony, and A/V equipment. This role involves deploying, administering, and troubleshooting end user technology within a MS Windows environment, including hardware and software support.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot end user technology within a MS Windows environmentProvide support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, network devices, and A/V equipmentManage software including MS Windows, Active Directory, O365, MS Office, SCCM, and CitrixQualifications:5-10 years of experience in End User SupportExperience working with Law Firms preferredProficiency in MS Windows, Active Directory, Citrix, and A/V Equipment
