Primary Skills:In-depth knowledge of Windows admin (7/8/10), MS Intune, AS, SCCM, AD, Outlook (2010/13/16), O365, and VPN.6 to 10 years of experience with SCCM.4 to 6 years of IT infrastructure function experience.Working knowledge of Citrix, VMWare, and Azure.Hands-on experience building Windows 7 images on laptops and desktops.Implementation experience with Intune in Azure cloud.Experience in packaging, deployment infrastructure, and depot services.Domain migration for laptops and desktops.OneDrive migration to the cloud.Microsoft Office migration from 2010/2013 to 2016.Technical knowledge and experience in managing large enterprise customers' end-user computing.Configuring hardware, applications, network connectivity, user access, and mobile computing.Monitoring and maintaining systems.Coordinating with vendors for hardware support for laptops.Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.

Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:Provide onsite support to authorized users with operational and technical support to meet specified SLAs.Resolve incidents and problems associated with EUC equipment.Perform reactive troubleshooting to identify potential incidents or problems and attempt to eliminate them.Support authorized users connecting to the corporate network and assist in accessing LAN, print, and file services.Provide repair and maintenance for mobile devices.Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment (desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated peripherals).Provide software break/fix services and replacement of non-warranty assets for end users.Provide network printers and scanner connectivity, including configuration and IP addressing.Provide warranty and break/fix support for networked printers and scanners.Configure and support end users on mobile computing platforms.Provide VIP support for various equipment.Create, change, and remove printer configurations and queues based on requests.Provide on-site hardware support for troubleshooting end-user computing technologies.Provide regular feedback regarding customer requirements and maintain communication with sales and operations personnel.Utilize problem management databases to track and report on customer calls and requests.Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical teams and customers.Provide desk-side support services as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Additional Information
