Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Crestron Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and configuring Crestron systems for both residential and commercial projects, playing a critical role in developing and implementing custom automation solutions that meet clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, program, and implement Crestron control systems for various applications, including audio, video, lighting, and environmental controls.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop tailored solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with existing Crestron systems.Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance meet project specifications.Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning phases, ensuring smooth transitions and user satisfaction.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for programming, system configurations, and user guides.Stay up-to-date with the latest Crestron technologies and industry trends to enhance knowledge and skills.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience with Crestron programming and control systems (minimum 2 years preferred).Proficiency in programming languages such as SIMPL, SIMPL+, and/or C#.Strong understanding of AV systems, networking, and home automation technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Crestron certification (e.g., Crestron Certified Programmer) is a plus.Benefits:
