Communications System EngineerKey Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain Cisco voice infrastructure for optimal performance.Troubleshoot complex voice network and hardware issues.Deploy and manage MS Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity and certified devices.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for seamless integration.Support BAU operations and resolve incidents in branches.Migrate voice lines to Teams and manage the obsolescence of unused devices.Process incident tickets in ServiceNow within SLA timelines.Maintain operational reports and monitor compliance with security standards.Conduct change management and root cause analysis, implementing preventative measures.Upgrade voice infrastructure per Cisco recommendations.Minimum Qualifications:Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).In-depth knowledge of Cisco voice infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance.Proven experience deploying and managing MS Teams Phone with PSTN connectivity.Strong background in diagnosing and resolving complex voice network issues.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, ensuring clear communication and coordination.Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar ticketing systems for incident management.Desired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or MS Teams certification.Experience with compliance and regulatory reporting in an enterprise environment.Location:

The salary for this position is between $100,000 $115,000 annually.
