The way we share ideas, learning, experiences, successes, and joy allows everyone to be their best at Ascendion.About the role:Job Title: Cybersecurity Project Manager / IT Project ManagerKey Responsibilities:Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures.Develops project plan and drives project milestones.Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders.Provides day-to-day direction to project resources.Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project.Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets.Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.Must-Have Requirements:5+ years of Project Management experience in leading large, complex systems projectsKnowledge or experience delivering Information Security projects, specifically within cybersecurityPower user of office automation and project management tools including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and VisioUnderstanding of systems development methodologies. Ability to direct and manage business partners, technology resources, subject matter experts, user interface design, QA, UAT, and all other groups involved in the end-to-end process needed to define, design, and deploy product capabilitiesDemonstrates strong relationship management skills. Proven ability to quickly build trust and rapport with others in order to structure problems, build consensus, and negotiate agreementStrong verbal and writing skillsAdditional:Proven ability to manage large projects in a way that reduces risk, ensures predictable results, meets, or exceeds its timelineExhibits high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and commitment to taskPower user of office automation and project management tools including MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and VisioExperience in leading several complex system projectsExpertise in project management discipline and techniquesAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levelsApplies judgment and common sense; develops pragmatic solutions and plansIdentifies conflicts in project schedules and works to resolve discrepanciesBalances big picture implications with details around a specific problemIdentifies key issues and structures problems independentlyStrong verbal and writing skillsStrong team building skillsSalary Range:

The salary for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 annually. Factors affecting pay may include geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications.Benefits:
