The salary range for this role, based in New York is $86,880 to $108,600, range will vary if outside of this location. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate's experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Job Summary:
Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a dynamic and organized Coordinator to join our Corporate Reputation team. This role is crucial in driving various functions across public relations, social media management, content creation, corporate branding, project management, executive visibility, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and innovative professional with a strong passion for communications and a demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions.

What you'll do:Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials, ensuring alignment with strategic communication goals.Develop and implement content strategies for corporate and executive social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.Lead the creation of compelling content for internal and external communications, including videos, graphics, and presentations.Implement and enforce brand guidelines across all communications, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.Craft executive speeches, presentations, and talking points, aligning with the company's messaging strategy.Manage invoice processing and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.What's in it for me ?

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Design, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a communications, social media, design, or public relations role.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of procedures and concepts within the communications discipline.Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attributes for success in this role:
