ContractAdministrator 1
is responsible for the preparation, issuance, and monitoring ofthe status and final execution of all Subcontracts, professional serviceagreements, and purchase orders. Thisrole also assists in the prequalification process and ensures all initialcompliance needs are met. Additionally, this role provides general administrativesupport for the division office. The Contract Administrator must be a flexibleand adaptable team-player, as well as have strong communication skills.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Aides in the execution and document control process of Owner Agreements, Bid Forms, Joint Venture Agreements, and other documentation as necessary.Assists the Regional Leadership with Owner Agreement requirements through the acquisition of bonds and insurance per the Agreement requirements.Works with the Risk Management department to develop sample insurance certificates and bond forms and obtain approval of submitted certificates and bonds.Assists Estimating/Project Management in Prequalification process by inviting potential subcontractors, reviewing submissions for accuracy, and assisting in the completion of the application for Risk Management approval.Prepares, assembles, and issues all Subcontracts, Professional Service Agreements, Purchase Orders, and Manhattan General Provisions through an electronic signature platform and distributes accordinglyManages routing, review, and approval of all subcontract drafts in the contracting systemResponsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of data base(s) to track purchasing status and compliance statusHelps Risk Management and Accounting maintain accurate master vendor records through critical analysis of FEIN, legal name, and documentsResponsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Guiding Principles and exhibiting attributes matching the Way We Work.Other duties as assignedJOB SKILLS & ABILITIES GUIDELINES:Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)Knowledge of Vista, Procore, Trade Tapp, DocuSign, and Project Sight, or ability to learn and implement within 30 days of hireGood time management and organizational skillsAbility to understand and follow instructionsFunctions effectively as part of a teamMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree -.
