Serve as the primary point of contact for national food & bev accounts.Promote sustainable packaging solutions to the food & beverage industries.Client DetailsOur client is experiencing their most transformative and high-growth phase in the past 75 years. They have recently invested in a new US-based production facility, their third of many international plants. As they develop their domestic manufacturing capabilities, they are also growing their portfolio of PET packaging and sustainable/recyclable thermoformed materials.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively.Sales Strategy Development:
Create and execute sales plans tailored to each national account, focusing on growth opportunities and revenue generation.Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing offerings.Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment on customer requirements and product availability.Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure contracts, pricing agreements, and other terms favorable to the company while maintaining competitiveness.Performance Tracking:
Monitor account performance metrics, sales forecasts, and growth targets, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary.Customer Education:
Provide training and support to customers on the benefits and applications of thermoformed products, ensuring they are informed about new offerings.Travel:
Occasionally travel to meet with key clients, attend trade shows, and participate in industry events.
