They have recently invested in a new US-based production facility, their third of many international plants. As they develop their domestic manufacturing capabilities, they are also growing their portfolio of PET packaging and sustainable/recyclable thermoformed materials.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for thermoformed products in the Southeast.Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Market Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, leveraging insights to drive sales initiatives.Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize their performance and professional development.Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits and applications of thermoformed products.Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on product offerings and customer needs.Reporting and Forecasting:
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, providing insights on sales trends, forecasts, and opportunities for improvement.Trade Shows and Events:
