In this dual role, the individual will be vital in providing personalized support, assistance, and companionship to those we serve. By fostering an environment of respect, kindness, patience, and love, they will help individuals reach their full potential and live meaningful lives. In addition, they will be responsible for curating, selecting, and organizing Christian content for our internal network system, EchoTV. This individual will assist in nurturing our company's spiritual community by providing uplifting, educational, and inspirational Christian content for those we serve and professional content for team members. This position can be based out of any Echoing Hills Region and will require travel as necessary.Key Responsibilities:EchoTV Content Creator: Curate and select Christian content for internal network system, EchoTV, including videos, sermons, devotionals, podcasts, articles, and other relevant materials. Also includes reviewing and approving content to ensure it aligns with Christian values, doctrine, and beliefs. Collaborate with the company's spiritual leadership team to understand the spiritual needs and preferences of employees. Research and identify high-quality Christian content creators, speakers, and organizations to feature on EchoTV. Create content schedules and programming calendars to ensure a diverse and engaging lineup of Christian content. Coordinate with content creators, including pastors, theologians, worship leaders, and Christian influencers, to produce exclusive content for EchoTV. Monitor viewer engagement and feedback on EchoTV and use insights to continually improve content selection and programming. Stay informed about current events, trends, and topics relevant to the Christian community, and integrate them into EchoTV programming when appropriate.Activity Assistant: Assist in planning, organizing, and leading recreational activities for individuals, including researching ideas, coordinating events, restocking supplies, and addressing individual needs. Aid in developing, posting, and distributing activity-related information, maintaining calendars, creating memos, and documenting events. Support Activity Coordinator with activity documentation, programming, and reports, including running programs and maintaining records. Assist in securing and providing transportation for activities, ensuring vehicle safety and proper care for individuals.Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Understanding of what constitutes Christian and wholesome content. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of video editing software required. Knowledge and understanding of video production. CPR and First Aid certifications required within 90 days of hire. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
