Dassault Falcon Jet will serve customers across North and South America and beyond, the complex will accommodate all current Falcon models, (including the new, ultra-long-range Falcon 10X, the largest purpose-built business jet), and will be capable of performing major maintenance and modifications on up to 18 Falcon models.Dassault Falcon Jet in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time weekend (FRI-MON 7:00AM - 5:30PM) Quality Assurance Inspector in 2025. The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all airworthiness requirements for the article being maintained or altered have been met. This position will pay an 8% shift differential for weekend shift.The Quality Assurance Inspector holds all the authority of a Quality Control Inspector.The Quality Assurance Inspector provides for the approval for return to service for the aircraft.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a comprehensive knowledge of the work scope of assigned aircraft.Verify the inspection program is applicable to the assigned aircraft.Ensure FAA approved data is being used for major repairs and alterations on assigned aircraft.Compute weight and balance on assigned aircraft as required.Carry out conformity inspections for certification projects on assigned aircraft.Support import/export airworthiness approvals on assigned aircraft.Provide accurate and correct aircraft maintenance records entries on assigned aircraft.Ensure all paperwork and documentation for aircraft maintenance and alterations is complete and accurate and that corrective action completely clears the discrepancy.Provide final inspection and approval for return to service on assigned aircraft.Properly execute FAA form 337 as required.Quality Assurance Inspectors shall be familiar with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and the RSQCM.Must be certificated under Part 65.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSMechanics certificate with A&P ratings required.FAA Inspection Authorization desirable.Minimum three years' experience in a/c maintenance and alteration of turbo fan powered business a/c.Specific working knowledge of FAR 43, FAR 145, FAR 91 subpart E.Specific working knowledge of the RSM/QCM and Repair Station forms.
