They provide support to managers, staff and clients by handing a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between SBDP and clients are positive and productive. They serve as a client point of contact for the SBDP team.This role reports to work in-office in Jacksonville Beach, FL (no remote or hybrid).Job DescriptionWe are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist engagement mangers with monitoring client projects (WIP) to guarantee projects are completed by target due dates; work with clients on document requests and follow-up to ensure timely receipt of requested information; and transmit client deliverables at completion of project.Successful candidates should be professional, polite and have excellent organization skills. CSMs should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal & written communication.Responsibilities include:Management of WIP/due dates for department in conjunction with the directorClient point of contactDocument requestsTransmit to clients of departmentEngagement letter /ProposalsScheduling appointmentsClient onboardingClient database managementDepartment specific duties (Tax, CAS, Dental & Mid-Market/A&A)This position is a direct report to the partner & operations manager of the department. There will be additional coordination with the CSMs from other departments and the partner & director of CAS.CAS Department Specific Duties (Client Accounting Services)Review W2/1099 processes with CAS staff & coordinate with admin staff1099 software renewal (Accountability)Order W2/1099 suppliesACA reportingMaintain various checklists for bookkeeping jobs, compilation to ensure QC complianceJob QualificationsMinimum of High school diploma; associate degree in business or accounting is preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience, preferably at a CPA firm.Strong organization skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.Experience with accounting.Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Thomson Reuters/Practice CS), and comfortable with new technology.Ability to follow instructions, and read, write, and communicate clearly and concisely in English.Ability to exercise judgment and confidentiality.Ability to deal effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships with firm staff and clients.Work/Life Balance Employee Benefits:At SBDP, we show our appreciation for our hardworking employees by offering a comprehensive employee benefits package.
