business, a global leader of mission-critical hardware and systems solutions including precision energetics systems and innovative explosive solutions.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Supports daily shipment receipt and distribution process. Leads problem resolution to ensure accurate, timely accounting for incoming supplier inventory.Support the weekly Cycle Count process. Run, distribute, manage count sheets, and reconcile weekly reports. Lead corrective action process. Report results weekly.Work with Operations teams to create & maintain expendable, production and vendor managed Kanbans.Works closely with Operations teams to manage Kitting program.Work with Operation and Program team members to complete dispositions of excess project inventory and participate in material close-out activity. Assist with reconciliation, disposal and accounting for Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory.Support Customer Furnished Property (CFP) program and supplier inventory process. Leads problem resolution and performs reporting.Back up for hazardous material and inert product Shipping.Outside audit preparation and support.Trouble shooting inventory issues and reconciliations.Requirements:High School diploma minimum. AAS Business or equivalent experience is a plus.Experience working in Aerospace and Defense is desired; preferably in a material management organization.Electronic component handling experience a plus.Experience using ERP systems to logically move and physically ship materials.Inventory transactions, storage and cycle count experience required.Experience in Microsoft Office products; especially Word and Excel.Excels in a dynamic, changeable work environment.
