Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for developing and generating new business major accounts in the IT / Technology staffing industry.Strong experience in calling/dealing with clients Procurement, MSP leaders and C-level executives.The primary goal is to increase total sales and gross profit through focused business development strategies by opening new accounts and help build a rapidly expanding organization.Account management experience is highly preferred. Proposal writing experience is highly preferred.As the Business Development Manager, you are the face of the organization, you will be responsible for selling and developing IT Solutions along with our staffing opportunities in the tri state areas, offering a full range of Information Technology (IT) staffing solutions.
Candidate will demonstrate the following:Strong hunter profile with proven track record of success in selling Staffing Services, SOW work or RPO business to Direct clients, and MSP Leaders.Solution-oriented for client's business to sell our staffing services. Strong Staffing & Solution experience.Proven Successful sales record in the Staffing industry. Results-driven.Excellent understanding of the MSP programs and preferably relations with key MSP leaders.History of exceeding quotas and high earnings were gained through relationship selling, and strategic account management;Strong relations and track record in at least 2 industries (IT, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Insurance, Professional Services, Finance, Oil and Gas, Civil Engineering/Construction)Works well within a dynamic, diverse team.Location:
