This role

has the ability to work in a hybrid environment, working from home and reporting into the St. Petersburg office a minimum of three days a week. Typical in-office schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live near or be able to relocate to a commutable distance from St. Petersburg, FL.Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Global Strategic Sourcing Manager of GNFR (Goods Not for Resale) to join our growing Global Procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing initiatives for a variety of GNFR categories, including but not limited to Facilities & Maintenance, Corporate Services, Contingent Labor, and Marketing categories. You will be required to build and execute RFPs and auctions using SAP Ariba. The role will require you to have a strong foundation in financial analysis (Excel) and understanding of commercial and contractual dynamics with GNFR vendors. The role reports to our Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing, and is part of the larger Foot Locker Global Procurement Center of Excellence.Corporate Office - St. Petersburg 140 Fountain Parkway St. Petersburg, Florida 33716

Responsibilities:Conduct market research to aid in identifying potential suppliers, market trends and best practicesAssess business needs to recommend sourcing approach and planDevelop and execute procurement sourcing initiatives (e.g. RFPs, auctions)Manage sourcing activities from requirements to contractingAssist in negotiating contract terms and pricing with potential suppliersEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, ethical standards, and supplier diversity requirementsDrive adoption and continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems, including SAP AribaExercise advanced analytical skills when reviewing RFP results and recommending the business awardManage the communication of business awards to the business and supplier communityQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in

indirect

procurement (non-merch, GNFR) and strategic sourcing, ideally with recent experience in Retail or CPG industries

Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience using PPTExperience operating with SAP Ariba or a comparable sourcing platformStrong knowledge of the strategic sourcing process and end-to-end Source to Contract process

Proven track record of successfully managing complex procurement projects and delivering meaningful savings for the businessDemonstrated ability to negotiate contracts that provide the best value for the companyStrong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational, time management and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trendsWilling to work with processes and systems that are evolving and subject to changeAbility to work in a team environment as well as work independently with minimal supervisionMust have a continuous improvement approachMust be self-motivated and resourceful#LI-JJ1#LI-HYBRIDBenefits:The annual base salary range is $79000-$95000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
