The prestigious New York Athletic Club, one of the world's premier private clubs, founded in 1868 and located in Central Park South in Manhattan is seeking for regular full-time Man Dining Room Servers. The servers will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in an upscale restaurant setting. The responsibility includes:Greeting and seating our members and guestsProvide menusMake recommendationTaking their food and drink orderServe food and drinksResetting tablesMonitor members/guests' satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or complaintsMaintain your station clean and organizedMaintain complete knowledge of menu items and special.Able to work well with other, including Managers, Host, Bartenders, Bussers, and kitchen staffRequirements:
Must work holidays and special eventsKnowledge of the POS systemMinimum of 3-4 years in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.Strong attention to detailsStrong work ethicExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of food and beverage service standard and proceduresMust be flexible in work schedule
Hourly rate plus gratuities.
