The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Senior Account Manager, Formula 1 Properties will play a key role in one of our largest Brand Consulting clients. The Senior Account Manager will lead the day-to-day management and activation of marquee Formula 1 properties within the brands portfolio. The candidate will interface day to day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal/external vendors, clients and agencies. Lead direct client and property relationships

ResponsibilitiesLead across all Formula 1 Properties including league, team and race/event partnerships and serve as the main point of contact for client for Formula 1 PropertiesDay to day management of existing league, team and race/event partnerships including communication directly with properties, organization of project plans, asset tracking documents and approvalsAssist with recommendation, negotiation and management of F1 talent/property dealsLeads client calls and provides expert opinions as well as client presentations for F1 projects and activationsManages multiple projects/properties and budgets, as well as all budget development, tracking & reconcilingOversee & facilitate the creative development process of marketing materials, experiential assets and event-related creative (includes briefing designers & obtaining internal & client approvals)Work with other team functions (e.g. Creative, Experiential, Social Impact, Insights / trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are metDevelop and deliver compelling written and verbal communicationsDevelop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to clientRequirements
BA or BS strongly preferred or equivalent experience5-7+ years of relevant experience within Sports and/or Formula 1Ability to travel and be onsite at eventsEstablished relationships with properties and entities in the Formula 1 worldExceptional verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate highest level of critical thinking with focus on proactiveness and attention to detailExpertise in managing projects and budgetsExcellent presentation skillsPrevious experience with managing and developing junior staff membersProject management expertiseSustain relationships with clients and grow the businessUnderstanding of the client's industry and latest developmentsPreferred Skills
Formula 1 experience and understandingPrevious experience in the Formula 1 Industry, at an Formula 1 Company, or at Brand/Agency focused within Formula 1
Location
Based out of the Los Angeles or New York offices. This role is onsite/in office Tuesday thru Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $95,000-$120,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
