Technical Business Analyst

Position: Technical Business AnalystLocation: Charlotte, NC (onsite 3x per week)Duration: 6 months - Extending to 24 monthsPay Rate: $40-50hrPosition Overview:The Technical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying business requirements, analyzing processes, and implementing effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role and exposure to PowerApps, along with a strong understanding of both business and technical environments.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.• Develop and maintain PowerApps applications to streamline business processes.• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.• Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.• Perform data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.• Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.• Ensure quality assurance and user acceptance testing of solutions before deployment.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.• Strong exposure to Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.• Proficient in gathering requirements and documenting processes.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.What We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.• Opportunities for professional development and growth.• A collaborative and innovative work environment.
