Execute and lead the requirements gathering process to define and document the functional requirements for RPA / Intelligent Automation solutions.Develop and document process flows, use cases, and other artifacts to support Automation / Intelligent Automation solution design.Experience in working in Agile methodology and write the user stories and acceptance criteriaDevelop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and other documentation to support the development of Automation solutions.Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure Automation solutions meet business needs.Act as a liaison between the IT team and the business to ensure that Automation solutions are designed and implemented in line with the business requirements.Monitor and report on Automation project progress, performance, and issues.Analyze existing processes and recommend ways to improve process efficiency using Automation solutions.Research emerging Automation technologies and trends and recommend potential solution opportunities.Develop and maintain comprehensive business process, data, and system models for Automation solutions.Train and mentor other team members in the use of Automation technologies and processes.

Requirements•Strong understanding of the clients' (internal and external) needs and issues and applies knowledge to support critical systems and projects.•4+ years RPA experience with at least one RPA toolset (Workfusion, UIPATH, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)•8+ years Business Analysis experience•Complete understanding of agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban to mentor and guide teams•Excellent communicator; able to gain the respect of the team, external stakeholders, and management•Mentors team members on Agile/Scrum best practices•Must have experience with one of these agile tools: JIRA or VersionOne•Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or related discipline
