An employer is looking to identify a Lead RPA Developer for the Charlotte, NC market. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline and optimize our business processes. You will lead a team of offshore RPA developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery of automation projects. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, defining project requirements, and developing robust RPA solutions using UiPath tools.
