RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESCustomer Service & Administrative primary duties:
Handle incoming calls, emails, or chat inquiries with professionalism and courtesyMakes and receives phone calls to support external and internal customers.
Calls may be via live video chat with customersListen actively to customer concerns, providing accurate information and effective solutionsResolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionEscalate complex issues to supervisors or other support levels as neededDocument and update customer interactions in the system accuratelyFollow company procedures to maintain consistency and qualityCreates, completes, updates, and reviews employee and client recordsEnters information into computer databases for effective record-keepingEnroll customers in various services offered and walk them through any questions or concernsAdministers new and existing DocuSign accountsPrepares and sends documents via mail using approved communicationsEnsures the proper naming and saving of documents in the document management systemEnsures all compliance standards are met for audit purposesCompletes administrative tasks such as filing, copying, data entry, etc...Applies paymentsCollects on unpaid claimsMaintains confidentiality of records relating to clientsCollaborates with other staff members to optimize delivery of servicesOther duties as assignedEDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree preferredEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in data entry and processing invoicesAt least 1 year of related work experience. Previous experience working in a call center highly preferredExcellent written and oral communication skillsExtensive experience in working on complex projects with critical thinking and problem solvingExcellent organizational and administrative skills with demonstrated ability to work towards and meet deadlines by planning and organizingMust be able to work various computer operating systems and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrate ability to build positive relationships and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds and abilitiesHOURS OF OPERATIONMonday through Friday 8am-5pm.Temporary role
COMPENSATION$18.00/hour
