What You'll DoWe are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to help with requirements gathering support, build & testing activities to deliver reporting needs for Stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management background, a passion for data analytics, and a deep understanding of the UKG platform.Help define the vision and strategic direction for UKG custom reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.Lead and mentor a team of Custom Report Writers, providing guidance on best practices in report design, data analysis, and storytelling through data.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features or enhancements.Work closely with engineering and other stakeholders to drive the development of custom reporting features within the UKG platform.User Experience Optimization: Ensure custom reports are intuitive and user-friendly by implementing user feedback and conducting usability testing.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and adoption of custom reporting solutions, using data-driven insights to inform product improvements.What You Know5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with custom reporting or data analytics solutions.Strong knowledge of UKG products and in-app custom report writing capabilities.Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.Compensation Band$80-$87/hr on W2.
