This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.

Position Summary: This position supports Eskaton (owned and/or managed) residential living communities across Northern California and is an extension of the Sales & Marketing department. The Regional Sales Director provides on-site sales training, MatrixCare CRM training and accountability, and best practice strategies to achieve and sustain desired occupancy. The Regional Sales Director collaborates and ensures sales teams are maximizing standard sales tools and marketing efforts, including effective outreach, prospect cultivation, and overall Eskaton and/or partner brand cohesion and experience. Travel is required across Northern California.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $103,000 to $140,000 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Position Responsibilities include:

Leads/supports Sales Collaborative meetings to cultivate and share best practices, and provide additional training, tools and strategies that differentiate Eskaton and partners from the competition. Partners with on-site teams to develop promotions and events to help drive lead generation and meet occupancy goals; works with Marketing teams to execute on supportive advertising plans. Ensures that active and effective outreach strategies and execution are in place for each sales team. Provides clear direction and sales-process training for Eskaton's CRM platform to ensure sales teams are managing leads, prospects and conversions to achieve occupancy, move-in, internal referral tracking and revenue targets. Equips residential living sales teams and Executive Directors with best practice tools and training in sales management, first impressions and conversion strategies, occupancy development and targeted marketing. Monitors sales efforts through CRM tools and shares results frequently. (E.g. weekly occupancy report, sales activity report, etc.) Works with team to produce and evaluate monthly evaluation/summary of results from CRM system to determine Sales effectiveness. Provides support and training to back-up sales teams to uphold a culture of excellent customer service and system continuity. Assists in the preparation of market competition reports and presents reports to respective communities and management. Oversees floating sales advisor who supports select communities based on needs.

Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Communications, Marketing, Business, Humanities, Sociology) is required.

Training and Experience: Exceptional computer, verbal and written skills are required, with a professional influential presence; Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. CRM experience required. Public speaking experience desired. Experience in senior living or related fields with results-oriented sales training preferred.

Job Knowledge: Wide knowledge of sales, marketing and business principles and practices and the ability to apply them. Familiarity with aging services sales experience is highly preferred.
