The College Director of Dual Enrollment, a CT State Central Office employee, will work collaboratively with the College Director of Concurrent Enrollment to implement the new CT State dual enrollment policy and procedures, provide training for campus-based dual enrollment teams, offer technical assistance to school districts and other secondary providers, and strengthen campus partnerships to expand dual enrollment options. Responsibilities include administration of the Dual Credit Expansion IHE grant.Example of Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Associate Vice Provost of Student Affairs, the College Director of Dual Enrollment is accountable for these duties:Program Implementation.Technical Assistance.Administration and Reporting.Attendance and participation at convocation and commencement ceremonies; service on assigned committees and task forces; attendance and participation at committee, staff, informational, and professional meetings, which may involve evening or weekend events.Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in an appropriately related field with 2-5 years of related experience and up to two years of supervisory experience; or a combination of education, training, and experience that would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position’s essential duties.Incumbents are required to have demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in the following:Higher education administration.Dual enrollment programming.Project management.Budget and fiscal management.Candidates must possess proven ability to effectively work with culturally, linguistically, and ethnically diverse faculty, staff, and students. They are expected to have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong information technology literacy skills such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:

Community college experience.Starting Salary:

Minimum Salary: $80,901 approximate annual plus excellent State of CT medical insurance, retirement, and related fringe benefits. The salary will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and internal equity.

Grant funded position with the potential to renew annually.Application Instructions:
