Leader EHS
is to provide leadership, mentoring and direction to hourly, salaried and management personnel engaged in Environmental, Health, and/or Safety (EHS) activities related to a small facility or one discipline at a medium to large facility.Additional Info:This role is located in Spokane, WA and does offer relocationThis role is 1st shiftThis role is 100% on-site with no opportunity for hybrid or remote schedulesThis role requires up to 5% domestic travelWhat You Will Do:Identifies common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organization's operations and establishes guidelines for protection from those hazards.Ensures EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility, division, or enterprise objectives.Audits safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards, government regulations, and adequacy relative to local conditions.Monitors periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and alerts line management to problems.What You Have (Required Skills):Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance:
Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.Managing Multiple Priorities:
Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.Influencing:
Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.Effective Communications:
Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):CSP (Certified Safety Professional)Completed OSHA 30-40 hour courseWhat You Will Get:In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a 500,000 sqft facility supporting customers and dealers in the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada! The Spokane facility opened in 2012 and is home to 220 employees. The facility operates 24/7 for inbound, outbound, and supplier processing operations.Summary Pay Range:$87,480.00 - $131,280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
