What You’ll Do:The Publisher Development manager will oversee the expansion of the Nexxen SSP into new publishers in the advertising ecosystem. They drive all facets of the sales cycle including prospecting, closing, implementing and relationship management to get our new publisher partners launched and on a path to profitability.

work model with the expectation of
3 days minimum in the local office
to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.
Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:
Grow our publisher footprint across the US, developing a sound knowledge of our supply-side and building bridges between all departments in the interest of our publishers.
Manage and nurture client relationships with our partners across all formats, managing these accounts in partnership with Account Management, Publisher Operations, and other internal teams.
You will be highly analytical, have a genuine interest in digital technologies and be confident in communicating progress across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Recognize opportunities with various websites and applications.
Work with the operation team to identify supply requirements and opportunities.
Negotiate publisher agreements, including rates and payment terms while driving legal process to ensure sound contract executions.
Communicate industry expertise and advise clients on new opportunities and how to generate revenue results.
Manage pipeline in Hubspot, the Nexxen SSP CRM system.
Operate in a sales team environment alongside other BD teams, global teams, and others.
What will I bring?
Bachelor's degree in B.A or relevant field.
2+ years of experience in digital sales or business development, preferably working with Publishers.
Ability to manage a network of content publishers and develop their revenue opportunity.
Confident in escalating business critical issues internally/externally, able to effectively liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders (sales, operations, publishers).
Customer-focused with excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new products and technology.
Analytical, able to solve problems, articulate solutions and analyze and report upon data.
Dedicated to delivering great service.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $70,000 - 90,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
