Tyler Technologies is looking to hire a Full-Stack .NET Web Engineer in Troy, MI. We are looking for an individual that is highly motivated in efficiently building quality web applications and web services with a team of product managers, software engineers, QA, and UX automation engineers. This individual will play a key role in building, improving, and transitioning software products toward our “cloud readiness” goal. Design, develop, and maintain web applications using both front-end and back-end technologiesUtilize AWS services (such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) to build scalable, secure, and efficient cloud-based applicationsCreate and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front-end and back-end systemsDesign and implement database solutions, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performanceCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive and user-friendly interfacesConduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure high-quality deliverablesManage application deployment on AWS and monitor performance using tools like DataDogWork closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical supportStay updated on industry trends and best practices, proposing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the development processQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on AWS technologiesProficiency in Angular, C#, .NET Core and SQL requiredFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)Hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture; AWS certifications are a plusStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical challengesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development processesTyler is subject to regulations, guidelines, and/or client requirements relating to the qualifications of Tyler personnel performing certain client work. Because of the nature of this position, it is a requirement that the candidate can successfully pass a federal background check at the time an offer is extended and over the course of employment with Tyler.
